- Yellow color - Served at 60F. Amazing nose, hints of citrus and stone fruits. Still a very young wine with a lot of acid, green apple and pear predominate but a multitude of flavors over time. Am excited to see how this one will taste in 10 years. Wonderful new world white Bordeaux.
