Le Vigne di Alice Doro Nature

I enjoyed this bottle better than the first. Dry and sharp but with enough creaminess to make it well balanced. The light bitterness on the finish was well integrated for this bottle and not disturbing at all: either this bottle was different or my sensitivity higher last time.

Very dry and sharp. There is a bitter note on the finish which to me is almost unpleasant and ruins an otherwise nice, tense Prosecco.
