Nicely quiet, slightly creamy! Way better than the last chardonnays I had. Expected more oak on the palate - missed a little bit of power to complete with the assorted cheese platter. Pretty fruity nose. Shows much more variance solo. But still a good cheese match. Will pick a Chardonnay with more wood next time. Good! Next day: Nose of Sauternes, it's really true! Still, freshness and acidity dominating on the palate. Pairs nicely with pizza bread rolls with tomato …

(15,5/20) Blind tasted. Again slightly oxidative, again nice acidity, but less vibrant than the previous wine. Less length too. Very floral and slightly bitter. No idea what this is. Could be Chardonnay, cool climate but not Bourgogne or Germany. Austria perhaps? Medium+ intense aromas of mandarin, red apple, lychee, lemon zest, white peach, jasmine, almond, wet stone. medium lemon in glass Lemon citrus grapefruit Med+ to high acidity very cool climate profile. Very little oak. Special to Lageder family as it is historical the little brother to main Chardonnay

Apparence jaune paille reflets dorés. Nez ouvert, brioche, citron confit et meringues. Trace minérale. En bouche le vin est généreux suite sur la tarte aux citrons et des saveurs de pâtisserie toujours avec un trame minérale. Assez complexe tout en etant facile tant les saveurs sont nettes et surtout bel équilibre. Un vin passe-partout en apéro ou au repas. Excellent rapport Qualité-Prix-Plaisir. A maintenir régulièrement en Cave.
