Hollow Wines Man in a Grey Suit

59 Pinot Noir, 38 Trousseau 3 Viognier - San Benito County grapes made in the style of a Jura red blend. A bit reductive, and quite sour on the nose with intense red cherry, cranberry and pomegranate notes. The palate adds citrus and guava but tastes a bit disjointed. Not much other flavors than the fruit...so pretty simple. Medium body, high acid, low tannins. A crunchy wine that was okay with braised beef but surprisingly good with cheesecake for dessert.
