Earth and saddle leather on the nose. Crisp acidity on the attack, followed by strawberries, brick, coffee, cedar, and earth through the evolution. Lingers with a hint of black cherries. Adequate, but nothing phenomenal.

Somewhat disappointing based on what I'd been led to believe this would deliver. Technically very correct, but rather thin and uninspired. Perhaps it is closed in right now. I'll wait a few years to drink the next bottle.
