Fresh cherry, hints of vanilla and cream, minerals, liquorice notes. Really good fresh yet with spicy depth. Would love to try in 5 years

Really unbalanced. Not good at this stage.

A private lunch (Starling Bistro *, Esher, UK) : Cool and minerally style, very young but already approachable, roses and peaches, freshness from the acidity (TA 5.6 gr/l) and 50% whole bunch, bright red fruit (both soft and tart red berries) is ripe but not sweet, perfect balance and weight (13.67% ABV), finely textured tannins (four weeks on the skins with minimal extraction), tight and youthful finish, delicately smoky, very good length.
