Melon skin, lemon curd, m int, honeyed nectarines, Palate crisp, mouse delightful chalk, lemon peel and toast, grapefruit pith, granny smith apple, chalky minerality, wet stones, m+ acid, l body, l alc, finish lacks prescence Very much an apertif sparkler. Ok at $40 though other valley offerings of same vintage and pricepoint offer a little more.
