Great body, tannins, fruit. Balanced and delicious. Tastes like a true right bank bordeaux. Blackberry, plum, graphite, oak, vanilla, leather.

Solid, but fairly straightforward Merlot. Initially very floral, with sweet cream and vanilla, toasty oak, grape candy, and coffee bean. Modern-style, polished mouthfeel especially in early palate, one-dimensional flavor profile of purple/blue fruits with an obvious tannic edge, big midpalate and not much finish, but that's Merlot.

Some fruit, but remarkably velvety and a hint of vanilla. Delicious.

Dark coloured wine with strong blueberry and violet flavours predominating leaving it slightly overbalanced.

This was a nicely balanced merlot in the California style. Rich dark plum flavoured with a little bit of clove which did not mesh well. Still a gratifying wine that was easy to savour. While depth was added by the oak it was not too forward. it could be used paired up with beef bourgignon or for sipping with cheese.
