This is a little over the top with the cherry cola taste profile. Very distracting.

Opened, not decanted. Light browning crimson in color. Aromas of ripe cherries, black tea, and forest floor are expressive in the nose. The palate shows a nice arrangement of strawberries, violets, cola, and Asian spices. This still drinks young, with crisp acidity and sweet tannins.

A fuller, smokier drink, picking up weight with age. Excellent.

Killer Sonoma Coas pinot! Deep dark big fruit, but fading. Drink up and be rewarded!

Pomegranate and spice on the palate. Light- to medium-bodied. Very enjoyable, but would not hold much longer.

Light, almost whimsical in it's consistency. An excellent opener.

No notes. This bottle was enjoyed on it's own after dinner with friends. We all enjoyed it. Aroma, flavors and a finish that was very complex were all right on.

Excellent. Dark smells (for Pinot) with spice and cola, and a palate that has sweet, tangy red fruit that lasts. Parker's sassafras note is right on! I never would have picked that out but it's there. I wouldn't call this understated -- the flavors are immediately apparent to me -- but there is an elegance and subtlety to the wine that puts it in another class, I think because of the seamless transition from front to back. Generally, any amount …

An excellent, burgundian understated yet elegant pinot.

This was great. Deep color, rich flavors, elegant and reserved, but builds flavor as it opens. Highly rocommend.

Tasted at Resurrection Cup III, 1/21/2006. Group finish 3rd place, with one 1st, one 2nd, and two 3rd place votes. A very nice wine. On the nose, lots of cherry, raspberry, maybe even some cranberry. Very rounded and elegant, with creamy oak filling the mid palate and some cola notes. The drawback to me was a certain level of tartness that I associate with cranberry that I tasted towards the long, spicy finish. Obviously the other tasters enjoyed this more …
