A gift from a friend. Never heard of this winery, but a really nice surprise. PnP, no decant needed. Opens with cassis, black fruits, spice and light oak. Medium body with black fruits, cassis, spice,, cedar flavors. Long silky smooth finish. Nearing it's peak, but not OTH yet. Would drink up in the next few years. Very enjoyable now.

Very nice cab. Holding it's own. Was well suited to an Arrabiata pasta dish and accentuated the spice.

Friendly and approachable, if a little hot and jammy. Has a round and juicy core of black cherry. Plush medium to full body. Finishes on a tobacco note, echoing that aroma on the nose.

This wine grew legs and kicked me in the face with black currant before my nose even got near the glass. I also got some cassis as well as other black fruit aromas. Soft tannins and prominent, but not too over-the-top, oaky vanilla are readily apparent. I'm not typically a fan of oak, but it's growing on my a little. Candied dark fruit on the palate with a little fresh strawberry thrown in. I think this is a very serviceable …

Dark fruit and tobacco on the nose. Hint of sweetness and tart blackberry with definite tobacco (Cuban cigars!) and rubber on the finish. Decent effort.

A pretty basic Cab, ready to drink now, but not lacking structure and stuffing. Textbook profile with cassis, wood, and tobacco aromas, and blackberry on the palate. Moderate tannins and medium body.
