Amazing wine! Med+ intensity in the nose with mainly baking spices. On the palate of course sweet but with nice acidity to back it up. Not a wine made with noble rot but it does give off that vibe

Again with that golden fruit on the nose and some salty minerality.

An interesting wine that has potential, but seems a bit too young currently. The nose is classic Corsica with gamy, wild scents, dark fruits, herbs, and dried violet. The palate is tightly wound with fairly pronounced tannins and it has plenty of room for development. Should be very good in 5-10 years.

Mature..dark red and bkack fruits with mushroom and leather and very earthy. Good acidity

Best bottle yet. Great nose with plenty of garrigue. Wild, funky with a nice mix of dark and red cherry, blackberry. Perfect freshness, balanced, very well structured with a focused finish. Firm tannins, there's a sense again of wildness and naturalness on the palate. Old leather and almost some truffle notes. A great wine.

Very funky and animal on the nose. No sign of evolution color wise. Dark dusty cherry with a lot of spices. A little four square on the palate with a sour and sharp texture. Quite reminiscent of an old Chianti. Not sure of the storage of this bottle as I suspect this bottle to have been exposed to heat at some point.

Some seepage signs inside the foil and along the cork. Upon opening it also tasted like it suffered from bad storage. I kind of let the bottle seat for 5 days with just its cork and it totally surprised me. Not only it did not taste like it was cooked but it turned out to be a very nice bottle.
