First Wednesday Wine Club (Bella Puglia, Five Dock) : "Served blind. Red over black fruit, leather, touch of mint, slight cedar, sweet spice. Medium plus acidity might be adjusted and lends tartness, having said that there is alcohol warmth here as well - red over black fruits again are slightly non delineated, chalky and woody rasp, wetly fleshy. I was a bit stumped by this and ended up in Victoria and cabernet with about ten years of age"

Light in colour and in body. Pronounced cherry on the front palate but quite well integrated.

Clear ruby red in colour with clear rim. Cherries, forest floor and spice aroma. Berry, cherry flavours with smooth tannins. Good finish and length. It doesn't get much better! Excellant now, but wish I had some for a few years time! Screwcap.
