Evans & Tate Chardonnay Single Vineyard Ellen's Ridge

Grape, Grain and Graze Festival (Olympic Park, Homebush, Sydney) : A little struck match, citrus, a little stone fruit, a slight saline tang. Juicy fleshy, bacon fat, citrus and stone fruit, textured burr completes the picture. Difficult to spit. Very nice.
