Probably the WOTN for me. Blind I new GC white Burg but struggled with where. In perfect harmony. There was intensity and concentration and so precise and nothing tiring at all. Had a flinty element with florals on the nose, and pure golden fruit on the palate and finish. Very lengthy finish. Probably the most impressive white burg I've had.

This bottle was showing amazing. Not even a hint of tiring or oxidation, it could well have been a 2017, but there was such power and weight of fruit. Early in its maturity, I would love to follow this over time. An absolute giant of a burgundy, but not without finesse, lemon curd, white florals. Just wow.

Wow, so rich, plump, decadent while also electric and chiseled. A kaleidoscope of flavors that continue evolving. Pop n pour and great to the last drop over a 3 hour dinner.

Full deep yellow gold, and not an RP&F bottle or cork so this is purchased domain post bottling. Rich, very rich as in some botrytis rich but delicious. A tight Puligny that has swallowed all the honeycomb oak and retains its citrus back bone plus feral botrytis, caramel, salted honey etc finale. Lovely with Sydney rocks but don’t keep, this ready now and sitting on a knife edge 18.5.

Incredibly deep nose with florals, tropical fruit, ripe peach, and a spice note which would not quit. Showing zero sign of advancement, exceptionally balanced and poised with equally compelling flavors - more orchard fruit in addition to citrus coming through on the palate. Very lengthy finish.. agreed this is probably at best within the next decade or so. Simply sublime.

La Tache and Chevalier Montrachet with Brad (Roger Nellans home) : Stylistically different than the 04 and 10 Leflaive Chevy served alongside. Quite rich, honey, spice, floral honeysuckle notes. Big mid palate and balanced. There seems to be enough acidity for me, but others might disagree.

Less precision, and more richness. Very tasty, and loved by many at the table.

Sensational in every way. Decadent, deep, intense aromas of golden ripe apple, minerals and serious spice. Rich, effortlessly concentrated palate that is ethereal and seemingly weightless. Love the medley of fruit, mineral and cream in the long, fresh finish.

Magical. Dazzling and enticing aromas of sweet orchard fruit that is loaded with layers of spice, mineral, and florals. Wow, so powerful with grace and elegance. Still incredibly youthful and fresh.

2010 Great White Burgundy Dinner (Eli's Table - New York, NY) : First time tasting this wine in its first vintage. Enticing mint aromas with ripe orchard fruit. Similar flavors, very rich and nearly exotic with faint botrytis hints that make even more exotic. Perhaps slightly flamboyant, and not exactly "classic," but this is really powerful, exciting and tasty.

A fine Christmas treat this year.... On nose: toasted bread, vanilla and golden apple soar aromatically from the glass.... On palate : a follow through of the above notes, in addition to prominent, well integrated oak , and notes of hazelnut wedded to clean, youthful acidity and stony minerality on a rich well focused body....the wine shows a superb deep colour of a gold ring .....drinking perfectly and well aged at 10 years old.....no sign of oxidation ....in a good place …

Dark color, but not at all oxidized. Rich fruit, was a fairly even split amongst the group between this and '09 Cabotte. To me, this wine didn't have the precision or length, but it is quite enjoyable. Based on the color, and the medium finish, I'd say drink these soon.

Mint, citrus , some oak on the nose. Racy with excellent minerality. Nice middle but not as rich as the 10 chartron served alongside . However it really opened up with air and developed more weight.

Boerne wine club - Chassagne vs Meursault vs Puligny : Gorgeous. Nearly unanimous WOTN. dense, full flavors of citrus, grapefruit, mouth coating, but with beautiful balance. A real treat, beautiful right now.
