Bright & crisp with nice acidity. A perfect starter wine. Light pale yellow in the glass, a bit of citrus aromas, and generally a very pleasant bottle.

First of the Italian Whites I have tried from the DN delivery. Pale straw. Grassy, lemony, tropical, floral, and chalky mineral nose that speaks Sauv Blanc. Medium bodied, spot on acidity, and very tropical. Palate of apple, guava, melons, and a hint of grapefruit. The acidity provides just the right amount of structure.
