The cured meat flavor off-putting on the palate. But better with food. Too light in body for my liking, even for CdP. Would NOT buy again.

2007 Chateauneuf-du-Papes (Vin Vino Wine, Palo Alto, CA) : Great nose of cured meat and raspberries. Maybe a hint of VA. Medium bodied with nice texture. Black cherry fruit. Best of the four '07 CdPs tasted.
