We drank in 2024. Is 9 years past its prime? Still a good drinker especially with corned beef and cabbage

Well made but there's nothing particularly interesting here.

Jammy nose, blue fruit. Quite tasty actually once it breathes a bit. Some chocolate and black cherries later? I was surprised to see that the blend included tempranillo, malbec and syrah along with the usual suspects of cab and merlot. It really grew on me as it breathed. After two hours the jammy nose became a jammy plum flavor with a subtle but noticeable finish. Not very complex but excellent with cherry infused dark chocolate.

Nose of balsa wood and wet stones. Dry plum palate with earthy notes and cherry hints. Chewy tannins with citrus peel and vanilla oak on the finish

Excellent, deep purple color, with soft tannin and yummy blue and black fruit on the palate. Some alcohol, but not overpowering and a medium long finish. Super drinkable
