Light gold color, almost clear. Petrol, pineapples, and peach on the nose. Nice acidity and refined. Tart and refreshing. Medium depth and finish. Very nice!

Deep Dive into Apollo's Praise (Kevin's, San Francisco CA) : The nose is rounded and balanced with tones of red apples, peaches, orange peels, lemon meringue, pears, quince, and white flowers. The Medium bodied feel is deft and balanced with crisp, medium+ acidity that is showing good integration right now. This is showing more developed than I would expect at this age, but that doesn’t mean it’s over the hill or close to it.

Very classic riesling nose with a hint of petrol. Palate lacks concentration. No obvious flaws, but also not great or interesting. Disappointing for the price and there are better options in the region. But I'd still drink it if it was poured for me.

The balance here is spot-on: acidity, body, fruit. A fine and characteristic Riesling if not wildly characterful. The nose is full of lime, which gives way to a bit of petrol. This got better with air over the course of the evening, and I will wait a bit on my other bottles.

This is a fantastic Dry Riesling from the FLX region. First vintage for the Paul Hobbs vineyard and I feel like this will be a hard one to follow up on. Tangy in a fruity way and refreshing.
