Drank October 2021. Buttery malolactic note was prominent, but dried tropical fruit came in the nose at the back. Dried pineapple, mango, easy on the nose and palate. Finish was a bit shorter than expected given the price point. Still, could tell this was a high quality wine made from high quality fruit.

- Yellow gold color with medium forming legs. It's balanced with a light/medium body. Smooth texture with a short finish - Very nice and smooth. Went well with snapper chutney sauce and roasted potatoes.

No oak here. This is a "classic" chard as the previous reviewer notes. However, I found it overly acidic - a touch of oak might have balanced it out. Refreshing in the summer but not the beside-the-fire companion to middle eastern food that I was hoping for.

Boring...has some fat to it but no expression of anything. There's no fruit here, and not much oak, either, although it is a bit too cold, really. Way overpriced.

Excellent wine, pairing great with cheese and on it's own. I am not a big oak fan, and I found that this was very European in style. Nice on the nose, but delicious up front fruit and long finish. Will buy again.

Winery tasting. No Malolactic fermentation, but oak aged with 25% new oak. Light straw color with pear and apple flavors. Consistent style with the 2008 in my cellar. Not my style.

Not over oaky or buttered. Nice focused acidity. Subdued styling. Nice and elegant for Napa Chardonnay.
