The melted chocolate smooth mid palate texture is the real highlight of this well regarded Barossa Shiraz. Named in honour Hugo Gramp who became a legendary winemaker and visionary, taking over the family business in 1920 at the ripe age of 25. A business that began in 1847. Swirled, the nose is sweet and alluring. The medium-bodied palate luxurious. Smooth. And finely balanced.
