Surprisingly good Spätlese-style Riesling from Michigan. 8.5% ABV, 8° RS (only 18° Brix at harvest!). Not too complex with just enough acidity to make it easy-drinking .

I had a glass of this at the Peninsula Grill, on the Old Mission Peninsula, north of this Winery. Dry but fairly fruity, pale straw in colour. Paired well with fried Perch and a cup of Asparagus-Tomato soup. Good (81.5).
