10 years after Riesling tasting - 2013 (Restaurant Holz und Feuer, Kirchheim, Germany) : Glass: Sophienwald Universal Good German Sekt. Slightly oxidative nose, dry, creamy, quite mineral, dense, high acidity, still a bit yeasty, medium length. Compared to the Cristal I need to lower my score for it. 90-91

No formal notes taken. This is certainly Champions League of German Sekt. Wonderful fresh and complex nose with lots of autolytic flavors. On the palate bone dry, great pressure and tension, very long and lingering. Bright future ahead, so no hurry. 93-94
