Medium gold with a full, persistant bead. Ginger, apple cider, vanilla and brioche on the nose. Mature, nutty apple flavors with a hint of sherried oxidation. Full and rich but with decent focus although a bit less dosage probably would help this. Very good quality and a fantastic value.
