Bott Pince Hárslevelű Tokaji Határi

A fantastic bottle here eight years in. Textural and aromatic with an untamed wild thread. Richer and more deep fruited than most Somló renditions I've had. This shows honeysuckle, baked pear, mixed spices, flint, and something sauvage I can't pinpoint. The acid is buried but it's there. Vinified dry to 13.5% abv, but there is something sweet about it aromatically that along with the texture fools you into thinking there is RS there. I now see from retailer notes "Wines …
