This wine had only gotten better with time, and was now drinking beautifully. Very reminiscent of a rose from Provence, but on steroids.

Beautiful light rose color and peach nose. First taste via Coravin seemed a bit on the sweet side, but a relatively long mineral finish. Second pour the following day was without the sweetish-palate and beautifully refreshing. Drink now. two more bottles to taste this summer.
