Interesting and tasty. ruby/garnet color to a clear edge. Nose of fresh tanned leather, dried blood, dried hibiscus and a touch of original twizzlers. Touch of brett came out after an hour of air. Light bodied, best with a chill, maybe more if younger. Soft palate of tangy red underripe fruit, beef carpaccio. Still with nice fresh acidity carrying it through. Little tannins at the end. Bitterness at first with a clipped finish that resolved after 30 minutes of air. …
