A darker pink than the Reverdy, but no where near as dark as the Ampelos. Strawberry and limon on the nose that carries well on the palate where the finish is something nutty, perhaps even almond. Crisp and lively and while different from the Ampelos, it delivers no higher level of delight. And that it costs $10 more than the Ampelos makes, for me, this to be a QPR loser.
