Aromatic nose of honey, flowers, citrus and petrol. Flavors of waxy star fruit, honey, some herbs and lemon custard. Very smooth texture. Delicious.

The longer this is open the better it gets. Big fresh honey, flowers, apricot, and sweet brown sugar. Lots of fruit. Strong back end with a touch of warmth. Very clean despite the size. Developed pretty spice with time.

The wine is clear and bright with a pale lemon colour and presence of legs. The nose is clean and developing, showing pronounced intensity aromas of walnuts, peaches, lemon peel and hints of honeysuckle and honey. The wine is off-dry in the mouth with a medium acidity. Flowery nose. Honey and apricot across a fairly lengthy finish. Zippy acidity, but also a little hot for the first hour. Nice bottle, as usual from this producer.

This is a really nice CdP Blanc. Floral, citrus-y nose, very smooth and refined mouth feel. Subtle tastes, butter, apple, rounded edges. It's what I'm expecting for $60.

Complex, aromatic, delightful. Will get better with some bottle age.
