pit fruit/white peach, with lots of minerality, showed best close to room temp. good acidity. on the lean side of the spectrum, or shall we call elegant? I would refrain from drinking this too cold.

Right out of the bottle, the bouquet was subdued. With time it revealed jasmin and flowers, pear, white prunes, and butterscotch. The palate was explosive, in contrast. Caramel, butterscotch, vanilla were dominant, but the finish was floral and fruity revealing kiwi, peach and a hint of lemon meringue. This is beautiful. I’ll drink my next one in 2 years
