Church & State Wines Chardonnay

I don't know why I didn't like it, when I've tried at the winery it was nice. I stored in the wine fridge so who knows.

Clear, perfect brass yellow with white rim, hundreds of mini-blob tears moving quite slowly. Clean, med+ intensity, with aromas of honeydew melons, ripe pears, tart banana, pineapple, honey, dried camomile, and lemons. Dry, med- body, med alcohol, no tannins and med- acidity, with further tastes of yellow apples, green gages, lemon cordial, dried grasses, corn soup, and courgettes. Beautiful to drink on its own, with a fabulous finish.
