Popped and poured. A fairly dark maroon to the rim. The nose is quite expressive, with nice full notes of red fruit with a whiff of vanilla and meat, very nice. Good sweet fruit on the palate, some tannins. This is a very enjoyable wine, I shall definitely seek it out the next time I am in the Minervois region.
