Just like the owner/sommelier promised a heady nose of more savoury characters with just a hint of dark fruits. In the mouth beautifully smooth, good length but not heavy. Great class classic Cabernet Sauvignon. After 40 minutes just beginning to fade, maybe because we felt it should have been served a little cooler. Buy a bottle if you get the chance. Delightfull without being too ‘serious’ and very well made and thought through.
