Medium-dark ruby red colour. Mild aromas of black cherry and some herbal notes. Pleasant upfront acidity and lots of dark red fruit taste. Decent body and well-integrated tannins. Paired well with turkey burgers.

Deep translucent garnet purple colour. Nose of cherry, floral/lavendar, and a touch of mineral. Light body but big flavour of tart strawberry with some cherry and minerals. Huge acidity that actually makes your tongue tingle. This wine tends to shine with food though had it on its own this go around. This is aging well and I will leave the next bottle for at least another year.
