Beautifully structured Viognier. Strong stone fruit, especially apricot with some nice minerality. Super dry and crisp…but then, there is just a hint of butter…but not buttery. This is a great food wine.

Yeasty aroma predominant. Dull steely acidity/minerality, with some fruitiness. Atypical viognier. We won’t buy again. Butterscotch undertones.
