White peach and white flowers dominate. Good level of richness balanced out with phenolics and a fine line of acid. Really enjoyable. To drink now

Had good hopes for this, but sadly it underwhelmed me ... no tension, no excitement. Too bad.

Good concentration of lemon, yellow apple, softer white peach and some blossom. Slight reduction on opening which softened with air, lees evident with some yoghurt/creme fraiche edge. Some oak but subtle and nuanced, felt very fruit forward. Nose fairly subdued but fruit showed through on the palate.

Brief note. From a difficult vintage. First time I taste a Marc Colin white Santenay, having mostly tasted the Chassagne and Saint-Aubins. This was more monolithic than those. Lemon and minerals. Little detail and finesse, but a good balance. Currently quite young, not sure where it is heading, but it is pleasant. No rush to drink the others… 88 or so

This bourgogne blanc from Marc Colin showed great purity and finesse. Green apples, citrus, and hints of almonds. Great acidity on the palate keeping it super fresh. It was better the first day compared to day 2. Drink now and the next 6-8 years.
