Italian Wine Scholar Class at the Texas Wine School. This is actually a 100% Sangiovese Superiore from the Sangiovese di Romagna DOC, but I could not quite figure out how to get the CT descriptor to actually reflect that quality level, so I added it as a vineyard name.
