It may be weird, but I enjoy these co-ferments. The Viognier here diminishes the harshness of the Syrah. It mimics a Cote-Rotie! Bursting mulberry, plum & sweet blackberry fruits, mocha, vanilla, smoked spices & peach jam with savory grilled meat undertones.The Viognier delivers a great color with floral/tropical notes. Very drinkable. Good for medium-term cellaring.
