Opened 30 minutes in advance. Clean peach/mineral aroma. Rich stone fruit flavors. Juicy finish. Fruit forward, good backbone, lively, very attractive flavors, excellent staying power, some complexity. Avoids the blandness of industrial Pinot Grigio, and the excesses other versions. Good stuff.
