simple but pleasant wine, probably can improve with 3-5 years further ageing

more prominent on the oak note, low acidity, ripe blackberry, purple plum, clove, more fruit forward, not much vegetal notes

wondefful cab. Nicely aged and smooth. Decent fruit remaining. Nose shows nice notes of currants and leather. In the mouth it's almost pure silk. Very nice finish.

Tasted blind. Completely oxidized - coffee, tea, sour cherries, soy. Very much over the hill, though surprisingly not completely dead...

Dark red colour, with a shimmer of blue. Nose Dark fruit, blackberry and plums. Also getting a nice spicy tone not to dominated by the oak Taste Hot on the alcohol that smooths up when the fruit comes to live. The tannins is really, REALLY smooth, and it sits on the palatte for some time. The oak tones are more present, offering oak, spice and a hint of vanila? Conclusion So why do I like this wine? Well, it comes …
