Nose of honey and wax with citrusy-lime, tangerine, melon rind, cheese rind, mineral, and sherry undertones. The palate is "Sauternes-ish", soft and subtle with a creamy texture and a waxy-lemon finish. Lower in acidity than I was expecting from this style, maybe a touch too much oxidation.
