Nose Subtle, green apple, lemon Palate neutral palate, with fruity ness & apple acidity for a medium finish. bubbly, not foamy Colour & carbonation Light gold, small, short lived bubbles Overall Neutral, clean, uncomplicated & value sparkling for just over $20

Drank New year's Eve 18 into 19. Vigorous carbonation which dissipates fairly quickly. Biscuit maybe bit of lemon on the nose. Dry in the mouth, curious but not unpleasant butter note with the shortbread biscuit. Dryness keeps it drinkable. Not the most mind blowing bubbles that I've had, but definitely a solid drink.
