Another beautiful bottle. Juicy fruit to the fore, subtle oak, a touch of dryness in the finish, which is less powerful than I remember. With scallops.

Another beautiful bottle, with my impressions very much as before. I'm surprised I didn't mention last time the well-handled but unmissable oak influence. Recommended. Now you must excuse me, as I have to read Chapter Three of the label.

Light gold. A very attractive though subtle nose of stone fruits and citrus, with perhaps a touch of honeysuckle. The palate is more assertive, though in a very sophisticated way. Layer after fine layer of flavour unfolds: crystalised lemon, barley sugar, lime juice, sunflower honey. What a jumble or descriptors! And still not an adequate description.
