Bottle breathe for 1 hour. Extraordinary nose of flower, perfume and red fruit, the palate is a bit reserved until another hour in the glass. It became more full body, with red fruit, some wood, smoke and medium finishing. Peaked after 2 hours in the glass.

From cask still and not bottled yet. All the reds are. Fresh cherry fruits. Tart and mineral on the palate. Direct, straight, long finish. Lots of stuffing without being heavy.
