Caves Stéphane Berg Pinot Gris Furstentum

This was dirt cheap for a GC Alsace. Unfortunately it's dirt... Aromas are of old, weathered tobacco, brown water, Nepeta and frozen toilet. In the mouth, you think that maybe you made a mistake (to not keep your mouth closed). Low acidity, might sweetness and a lingering aftertaste that I would live happier without. My TN is a bit exaggerated, but this wine does a disservice to the whole concept of GC.
