醒酒一个半小时，中金黄色，闻香有马蹄竹蔗水的味道，玉米糖和植物气息，入口酸度中等，收口甜，能感觉到有残糖，口中是成熟的核果，冰糖和奶油的香味，后段微苦，余味奶香四溢。酒液的甜感和成熟的果香让它喝上去十分讨喜，已经陈年发展得很充分，状态很舒展，酒的结构不大，喝上去酒体略有些不够紧致，也许早两年饮用状态还要更好一些，目前处在适饮期的后期，没有继续陈年的必要。

Apple and pear on the nose. Nicely viscous, light pear on the palate. Not too oakey, but with a hint of caramel. Such a well balanced chardonnay!

Just lovely. Pears, peaches and baking spices on the nose and in the mouth. Smooth and creamy, and rich without oak. No signs of fading.

WIML92 Tasted non blind. Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of creme, brandy soaked pears and clove. Flavors of ambrosia, yellow pear and yellow apple. Medium acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold.

Marks duckhouse – Beaucastel VV, Le Pavillon & a lot of domestic wines (Marks duckhouse, Falls Church, Va) : Yellow stone fruits, peach cobbler, a hint of oak and a hint of toast. Good concentration and good acidity. This is a good ripe style of domestic chardonnay.

Wine of the night for our crew. Nice balance with pineapple, some apple & just the slighest touch of lemon. Wonderful mouth feel that just seemed to refresh my palate with every sip.
