VikeVike Barbagia

VikeVike Granazza Barbagia is from the Barbagia region in central Sardinia, Italy. Produced by the VikeVike winery, founded by oenologist Simone Sedilesu, this wine showcases the unique characteristics of the Granatza (also known as Granazza) grape, an indigenous variety to the area. A bit anonymous with citrus and herbal notes. Quite round on the palate.

Bella esperienza. Vitigno a me sconosciuto. Bianco robusto ma con una certa eleganza. Va bene con pesci grassi/ crostacei e importanti, ma ci starebbe bene anche su qualche carne. Esperienza da fare. Purtroppo non è il mio genere di bianco ma è valsa la pena berlo.
