Silky and sexy with mouth filling orchard fruits, vanilla, lemon custard, crisp acidity and a super long finish.

By the glass. Peach pie on the sill and a sweet touch of toffee on the nose. Rather delicious than complex. I don't like it (more as a personal preference) - I had quite high hopes for this wine and it was quite restrained on opening which I appreciated. However, with more air, the ripeness of this bottling exploded through the roof and it was almost jarring how ripe this bottling ended up. Same as prior note, I adore this wine

I previously had tasted this at the winery, and thought it was really good, so bought a bottle, even though it’s a little pricier than my normal Chardonnay. This one was great, and while I’m not totally convinced of the QPR, I can say definitively it’s a style that I really enjoy. Very balanced there’s new oak, but it is well integrated with the overall profile.
