Gollenz Sauvignon Blanc

Oak influence was the most apparent on nose, somewhat rich, creamy and toasty. On the palate there’s oily richness, integrated but med+ acidity. Mostly stone fruits, great balance and intensity. Good finish as well. Unfortunately got overpowered by the curry, couldn’t enjoy the bottle at its fullest. Influenced by the bottle I thought it’s a Bordeaux white, cause there’s a creaminess sometimes from Semillon. Well this is completely dumb. But at least I detected the Sauvignon blanc. Once they say …
