Many of Soave's wines are mass-produced and can be downright insipid. To my relief, this one, made from Garganega and Trebbiano, is reasonably pleasant. It offers a bright, lively profile of honeysuckle, green apple, and almond with a clean, flinty finish. It is enjoyable as a summer aperitif or picnic wine served with mild, creamy cheeses and fresh fruit.
