Golden/honey color, somewhat developed. Austere nose with green apple, honey and dill. Palate is fresh with nice smooth bubbles and pronounced acidity. Green slightly bruised apple, pear, yeast/bread and minerality. Low dosage but the slightly bruised character compensates for that. Nicely balanced. Good stuff!

Interesting farmer fizz... Almost has a sweet nose of pineapple and baked apple. It has a baked brioche flavor with a touch of honey without the sweetness. The finish is long and this is a medium to full bodied Champagne. My palate is geared to the light and crisp styles so I can't say that I like this and equally so, I can't say that I dislike it. It will appeal to many and is well made.
